Check-in information:
Check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out 10:00 am. We can provide storage of luggage for guests interested in taking part in one of our activities after checking out.
If your flight arrives during the night or very early in the morning, you may wish to make a reservation including early check-in. At a cost of one additional night, this will allow you immediate use of your room or late use on the day of check-out.
Kids Policy for Accommodation:
Children under the ages of 6 stay for free ; Children between the ages of 6-12 pay 50%.
Kids Policy for Meals:
Children under the age and up to the age of 3 years eat for free. Kids between the ages of 3-6 can benefit from the kids meal plan – if desired kids above 6 can still book the kids meal plan, whilst big eaters should book a regular meal plan above the age of 6.
Cancellation policy :
For bookings/reservation cancelled prior and up to 30 days before guest arrival dates – the original holding deposit (25%) is non-refundable and forfeited. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival – are not accepted and the full 100% booking value is forfeited – no refund will be made.
